Martin Greenglass

Martin Greenglass is a founding partner of Burstein & Greenglass LLP, and a graduate of the University of Windsor Law School. He was admitted to the Bar in 1976. His areas of practice are: commercial litigation; debtor and creditor rights, including bankruptcy, receivership and debt restructuring; construction liens; shareholders' disputes; and personal property security contracts.

Martin enjoys golf, snowmobiling and computers. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers' Association and the York Region Law Association, and is a former instructor and seminar leader in the Debtor and Creditor Rights section of the Bar Admission Course of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Martin has published many case commentaries. He lectures to several groups, including the Canadian Bankers' Association and the Association of Forensic Accountants.
